Description: Discover the nourishing and medicinal power of local plants! In this hands-on workshop, your child will learn how to safely identify and ethically harvest wild edibles, then process them into both food and herbal preparations. Together, we’ll explore the healing properties of plants and end our time by making and enjoying acorn pancakes with elderberry syrup, yum!
